(Friday) Upon waking I remember a vivid dream. When I am able to remember dreams, it feels as though I am very well mentally. I have been sleeping poorly and when I wake, I feel as if I have been fighting others in my sleep. Anxiety has given me little or no hope for what I am doing. Recently, however, I have felt lighter and more wise. I don't know what has caused that shift, but I accept it and well, am embracing it. My writing has become more interesting again and I feel as though I have a future.
