Wisdom - Day 88

W9D47 (Friday) I am exhausted and brain dead. But the day went super. And the week is done. And...it is a three day weekend. What has been the most hopeful is how much I was able to manage regardless. My knee didn't hurt and I was in control. There have been years where I didn't have any confidence...and this week has shown me I know what I am doing.
