Sunday is a day to relax and refresh, even more so than Saturday during the year, and I am getting ready for that "shift" as I go throughout this next week. The picture below is one where I had just been caught in a rainstorm with a quite inferior umbrella. Then Lydia and I went and bought a new one and here is my ceremonial throwing away of the Boston remains. I was feeling so relaxed and silly, this typifies how I want weekends to be during the year. Not tense-defensive-worried. Joyous-playful-relaxed. Not that it will be easy (I am always anxious) but as part of the fellowship year journey, it is part of what "new me" will be striving to achieve.
