Winter Dreams (day 10 of 29)


In the heat of my summer vacation, I am dreaming of the cold of winter, which I love. The crisp feeling of the air inspires me and allows me to work out and feel warm. But I ramble...I just read that it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit, if you are working on one habit. I am working on several -

  1. Read daily

  2. Work on new vocabulary

  3. Write in my journals (Art | FFT)

  4. Bike 3 times a week

  5. Exercise

  6. Coffee and Tweet

  7. Vlog

  8. Banish negative thoughts

I found an app called "habits" that is going to help me track how consistent or inconsistent I have been. Today I am going to get down to the work of my thesis question. I have been reading various studies to get started. My idea is to use the idea of play and dance, but not certain what my question is yet. Have to do a lot of spitballing today.
